Our revised vision targets the creation of 100 million FOSEA fellowships by July 10, 2030, fostering a network of advocates who will embed sustainability as the KPIM—replacing traditional financial metrics with environmental and social performance indicators—across Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa. Goals
Fellowship Expansion: Achieve 100 million FOSEA fellowships by July 10, 2030, through education, training, and community engagement programs. Corporate Transformation: Influence 75% of major corporations in Nigeria and 50% in Sub-Saharan Africa to adopt sustainability as their KPIM by 2030. Policy Advocacy: Secure the integration of sustainability KPIMs into national and regional policies by 2028.
